Before placing any of your order kindly read terms and conditions and all our policies for better relations between us.
Company offers refund policy, but in special cases, here you go with cases in which refund will be issued:
In case of change of mind:
- 100% refund will be issued before start working.
- If for any reason you change your mind and not to pursue with us after placing your order, you can ask for refund within one hour after placing your order, after 1 hour 15% processing fee will be charged.
In case of errors:
Once the work delivered, you can request refund only.
- If it does not comply with what you asked for. We always tried that our client does not face any of these kinds of complains, but in such a rare case, we encourage you to first utilize our unlimited revision services, it offers you to revise your dissertation and even then you are not satisfied we will assign any other professional editor for you free of cost just to produce the dissertation on the initial guidelines.
- Allocate free dissertation pages for future of different guidelines, but of same value, you can take benefit any time from it.
- Even then you are not satisfied and claim refund then it will be processed by mutual agreeing on certain percentage (but in case of completely irrelevant topics of what you placed and what you get).
In case of late delivery:
- We believe in “On Time Delivery” but if any reason you did not receive your product even after contacting us at least three times, you need to show us your proof of communication to prove our fault for the late delivery.
Time allowed for claiming refund:
- Refunds must be claimed within 90 days of delivery.
- All the customers must note the deadline of claiming refund before placing any order because if any of the claims placed after deadline it will not be accepted.
Cases where refund will not be issued:
- In case of late delivery due to some technical errors. Or some minor errors like grammar mistake, typing mistake, spelling mistake, less word count, less references etc. company will come up with mutual agreement with the client to either settle, partial refund or discount for future.
- If any delay from your side to provide information regarding order and you claim refund then Company will not be responsible.
- No refund will be issued on the basis low grade.
